Space Lettings successfully let my property continuously to different tenants for twenty years. During this time many staff changes took place but under the guidance of Jeremy Rich, the owner, Space constantly provided an extremely high level of friendly professionalism .
Earlier this year I marketed the property for sale through Space Estates and am pleased to say that it sold almost immediately. So a successful end to a long relationship. Well done Space.

The level of service I receive is of a high quality, reflecting Toni’s in-depth experience and detailed understanding of the sector from a local and national perspective. It is essential that the agent you appoint to act on your behalf is knowledgeable (a key requisite) and most of all trustworthy.

I have dealt as a Landlord with Space Agents for the last 3 years since they took over my property letting. Throughout that time they have dealt efficiently with all my problems, solving any little issues in a timely fashion and at limited cost to myself. After deciding to sell my investment they took over the sale of the property and this has been the easiest transaction for myself. Chris took over the viewings, negotiations and the smooth exit of the tenant, he has always been helpful sorting out the sale in a friendly and efficient manor. I would highly highly recommend Space lettings to anyone.
