I have been had the most amazing service from Space Lettings and couldn’t fault them. Katie has been an absolute star from the hands on approach to helping to the refurbishment of the property, making sure every aspect is addressed and the maintenance of the property is up to standard.
Katie @ space Lettings has been an a great support in making sure anything required at the property from repairs to replacements and addressed swiftly and great quality. Truly thankful and blessed.

We were expecting a fight when it came to the end of our tenancy, not because of the state of the property, but just because this is something everything warned us about.

We rented a property in Harpenden for over two years through Space Lettings. It was our first rental, and we had heard horror stories regarding letting agents, but we always had professional service from start to end of our rental agreement. We were expecting a fight when it came to the end of our tenancy, not because of the state of the property, but just because this is something everything warned us about.
I do believe that we were really accommodating with the viewings during our last month in the property, and this may have something to do with it, but we were able to get our full deposit back and in really good time as well!!!!
Thank you Katie and your team. Thank you for ensuring all the certificates were organised during our tenancy, for the requests from us for maintenance assistance etc.
PS. We even got a box of chocolates from our Landlord to congratulate us on our house purchase and to thank us for our service.

Sian has been absolute brilliant. We had some stressful and uncertain times when we were informed that the landlord wanted to return to their property. She is trustworthy and reliable, always going the extra mile and making herself available (didn't mind calling back in late evenings, even after business hours, to keep us informed all throughout the process). Her very thoughtful suggestions and her professionalism made it very easy to work with her. When we had to negotiate with the landlord over a minor item, she still understood how important it was to us and made sure to come to an agreement that suited all.

Shocking customer service. It took a week to respond to my initial enquiry, and then finally thought we were getting somewhere with the short term let (2 months) I wanted to then be told actually I couldn't have it and they had accepted a different offer. Obviously I called to enquire what had happened and apparently they have a policy that you can't sign up for a short term 2 month lease without viewing the property physically, despite the fact that you currently live 300 miles away. But I could get someone else to view it for me? Shame the local shop keeper, or a random dog walker passing, or that sweet old lady at the bus stop were all busy, because I am relocating 300 miles and don't know anyone locally!! Moving is stressful enough without dealing with clowns like this, choose another agent.

As tenants, my partner and I have been very satisfied with the service provided by Space Lettings over the past few years since we have been customers.
We had previously used other agents in Harpenden and been disappointed with the distant, impersonal service we had received.
The Space Lettings team are refreshingly friendly, helpful and entirely professional!
We highly recommend Space as a lettings agent!
