Been waiting for my check out report for 13 days now ( and my deposit) in fact I haven't heard from them since I let prospective new tenants look around the house two months ago. My emails are not being answered and every time I phone I get told someone will call me back and they don't. Will never use palmer snell again that's for sure!!

Well what a nightmare Estate agents, it took nearly 4 weeks to get our holding deposit back because staff were incapable of sending the right papers off and when we did go for a house it took weeks to get anything done so wouldn't use them... Read Full Review

Moved into rented property in a disgusting filthy broken state. When painter turned up promised to rebut but never did. Informed landlady and agent who promised to rectify which they didn't. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
