Moved into rented property in a disgusting filthy broken state. When painter turned up promised to rebut but never did. Informed landlady and agent who promised to rectify which they didn't. Then when moved out took a chunk of our deposit out because of the state of it which was like it when moved in. Disputed it and not even an apology. Absolutely disgusted and would never use again or recommend.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not rip people off.

Did not show to a viewing when my partner drove 25miles to attend - the branch didn't answer the phone all morning and when I did speak to the Lettings Manager - he apologised and said he "was late to work and didn't realise he had a viewing" - I did gain access to the property... Read Full Review

Well what a nightmare Estate agents, it took nearly 4 weeks to get our holding deposit back because staff were incapable of sending the right papers off and when we did go for a house it took weeks to get anything done so wouldn't use them... Read Full Review

They are piece of crap. They just rob your money for everything. customer service pathetic. No basic manners what so ever.
