What can I say dishonest lie to you, no preparation for selling. Worst experience of estate agent I have ever had.
What agent could do to change your mind?
I would never use them after shoddy experience so fees not relevant.

5 Oct 2022To be fair, Rush Witt and Wilson are acting on behalf of their client the vendor NOT you as the buyer, so any issues which you might have had regarding mortgage etc are your problems not theirs and...
