The agent is so terrible it is unbelievable. They even admitted they don't chase the landlords unless I chase them (i.e. an issue doesn't get solved unless you chase them). Half a year and we've still not got access to all the property. What a joke.
What agent could do to change your mind?
£450 just for applying?! Ridiculous
