Faron Sutaria have been absolutely appalling in managing my property. Victoria Hurst sweet-talked me with her sales patter when taking the flat onto their books, and then completed failed to communicate with me when the tenants stopped paying - the person "managing" my flat didn't even know that it had fallen 2 months behind in rent. Meanwhile the tenants trashed my house - burn marks on the walls, destroyed the carpets - dog's mess and vomit everywhere and then promptly vanished overnight. Faron Sutaria refused to enter the property to inspect it because the tenants had a dog. The tenancy said no dogs, but after they breached this part of the tenancy Faron Sutaria persuaded me to keep this little puppy as to not upset the tenants. Turns out the Pitbull was massive meaning that Victoria was in fear of her life. When the neighbours complained explaining they were going to the police because my tenants were behaving so badly, no- one from Faron Sutaria called me to discuss this. Now I am left with rent arrears, £2500 damage to my house and angry neighbours. DON'T USE THIS AGENT unless you can manage the tenancy yourself. In addition the tenant came highly recommended from Faron Sutaria themselves - what on earth would a tenant who wasn't recommended by them be like?
