I can't speak from a tenant's point of view, only from a landlord's. Faron Sutaria are without doubt the most unprofessional and singularly awful property agency that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I trusted Victoria Hurst to let and manage my beautiful newly-refurbished property in Islington – what a mistake. Victoria completely mismanaged the letting of my own property which left me exposed when I ran into difficulties with the tenant. She could not produce any of the required paperwork (that I was being asked for by my lawyer) though they had taken more than two grand in fees off me to let and fully manage the property. What else? Victoria managed to lose not one but TWO sets of keys from the property. In comparison to her negligence in other areas - this was extremely minor. She left the window open after a viewing – when I drove past, I thought there'd been a break-in, and upon entering the property I found cigarette butts floating in the toilet bowl, and the whole property reeking of smoke. I wouldn't wish these chancers on my worst enemy. Needless to say they won't be getting my business again when the current tenancy renews.
