Very bad service of Faron Sutaria throughout the whole rental period. None of the issues I reported duringmy time living at the property were fixed. At the end of the contract it was even worse. At first I had to chase a response for getting my money back and then all of the sudden there were a number of random deductions on my deposit. After complaining, some of the deductions were removed which only confirms my feeling of unnecessary deductions. This real estate agent doesn't act in the best interest of the landlord but just do what's best for them. Please try to avoid these people if possible!

Faron Sutaria have been absolutely appalling in managing my property. I can't speak from a tenant's point of view, only from a landlord's. Faron Sutaria are without doubt the most unprofessional and singularly awful property agency that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
