I have been trying to get in touch with this company for a couple of weeks now I have sent numerous online enquirers requesting a viewing of houses and not received any replies. I have also contacted the office directly and was told I would be telephoned back which I am still waiting to happen. I do not think they have good customer service and this website has completely put me off renting through the company.

19 Jan 2016I have now had chance to look into your complaint with the lettings team. You contacted the office on Friday 15th January stating you would like to view a property which said no pets but you have 2 dogs. You were informed that we need to contact the landlord and ask the question before we are able to arrange a viewing. You emailed on Monday evening with the same question on a different property and received the same response. The lettings team have spoken to you today and explained the same, we are still waiting for the landlords response before arranging any viewings as these properties are advertised as No pets. It would be a waste of time booking you in for a viewing if they will not accept you and 2 dogs.
