Coulby conduct are the worst letting agent there is!!!!!! They left us living in a rented property that had damp! With mold all over the walls!!!! And water coming through sky lights in the roof!! Ruining furniture as well!!! I would not recommend anyone to use coulby conduct as a letting agent, in fact... I would tell them not to bother at all!!! After myself and my partner found a new house before the contract with this property was up, leaving this property a month before the contact has ended, they are forcing us to pay the last months rent!!! I think this is discusting as we are living in a cold, damp, wet, mold infested house!!!! They should not be allowed to force payment for the last month rent when the house is in this state, after telling them time and time again in regards to this issue!!!! I hope whom ever is riding this review will stay well clear from them!

The agent has chosen to deduct a large sum from the deposit due to requiring to repaint the flat. One of the walls was also painted magenta. Worst move I've ever made renting from Coulby Conduct. They look down their noses at tenants. The staff were rude. They hardly turned up for inspections. They took months to repair anything. Terrible fees. It cost me around £600 in various fees(not including deposits etc), even the company that they use to do a credit check has their fees on the website, CC charge three times that amount.
