Except for the first call, there was nothing good about this estate agent who even has no idea what documents we need at all. Because of his confused mind, it took 2 weeks to be sending assorted different things forth and back, all to start the referencing only. As time went by, although we had been dragged due to his very personal dimwit and unprofessional knowledge, he remained slack at work with his * attitude and ignored us. We are international students and barely able to come to study in the UK, yet he forced us to pay the whole year's rental in advance to secure the property. We know that 6 months are common for students, but a year... Huh, guess it's completely contributed to Romans's finances. Until now, we have paid £250 for down payment and have had over £12000 ready; however, the agent doesn't let us in timely as promised and is off from work today. In total, he's kept us waiting for entire 2 weeks.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be responsible and truthful. If he had known everything and told us at one time, things could have gone very differently. And don't ignore anymore.

You cannot trust them,. Unfortunately. I had a house let agreed. The house was in a very poor condition, so the Landlord agreed to refurbish it. Would give zero stars if I could. Once you have signed the contract they are not interested.
