At first Caroline seemed competent and professional, however after having paid for 7.5 months upfront that rapidly changed. I was ready to move into the flat and asked for some items to be removed by the following day that I was supposed to move in, I arranged to move in at 6pm so the agents had time to sort it all out, no surprise... they didn't. Moving on, the mattress had blood stains on it which I found absolutely disgusting and appalling. The sink and water were not working, the lights in the toilet weren't working and the toilet slide door wouldn't shut. I was furious and confronted Caroline about it, who looked at me in a way that made it seem that this was completely normal and acceptable, and had the audacity to blame none of this being done due to the fact that it was Yonkipoor, which is a Jewish holiday. This made me even more furious seeing as I myself, am actually Jewish and she is of Asian descent, which HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH JUDAISM!!! regardless of whether or not it is Yonkipoor or any other holiday for that matter, I paid 7.5 months upfront and we had an agreed arrangement that I move in today (somehow when she saw all of that money she must have forgotten that it was Yonkipoor the following day). So then I told her that she has to stay and sort everyhting out by 9pm to which she was rather shocked and even had the nerve to suggest I stay and wait for the plumber and electrician, which I found absolutely unbelievable. Anyways, I would MOST DEFINITELY NOT recommend this agency, especially CAROLINE CHOI!!!! Disgusting service and client care.
