This is a long review but you should read it for your own sake before choosing to work with this agency. Do not ever use Messila Residential. They are all extremely rude and unhelpful, except Roxanne. My daughter who lives underneath one of their tenants (and rents her place from another company) called their office to speak to Caroline who supposedly takes care of the apartments at Basildon court. ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
