Do not ever use Messila Residential. They are all extremely rude and unhelpful, except Roxanne. My daughter who lives underneath one of their tenants (and rents her place from another company) called their office to speak to Caroline who supposedly takes care of the apartments at Basildon court. She was told that Caroline was at lunch and would call her back. The problem was that there was a huge water leak in the apartment of the tenant above my daughter and the tenant was away! The leak came from above that tenant! The reason for my daughters call was to ask Caroline to phone their tenant to let him know about the leak from above his flat so that he could go and mop the water up so that it would not ruin my daughters flat also! When Caroline did not call back my daughter called again and asked to speak to the manager Mr.Ayad Kasanji. He told my daughter not to call there all the time and that he has told Caroline not to answer her calls! The fact is that she has NEVER called there before that day! When she said there is a serious water leak in their tenants apartment which is causing water leaking into HER apartment he shouted at her to go and clean it up herself or pay for someone else to do it. He then continued to be rude and extremely unhelpful. Forget this company!
