I called John D Wood saying i would like to see a specific property in Surrey that was listed on their website. The agent said that would not be possible as they were very busy and could only show me two other (more expensive) properties which they were 'launching' nearby. I said happy to see those ... 12 Feb 2012John D. Wood did something similar in my property in Wimbledon. The perspective tenant had to push to be show my property. When time came to renew the lease little was done and we had to negociate...
