Renting a property from westcliffestate has been a bad idea from day one. New property but mold within the first 2 months. Failure to resolve since first notice! Now threatening me it's my fault this has occurred. Entering the property with out permission and 2 days befor I'm due to leave. Emails ignored. Incorrect landlord details provided. Evicting tenants saying they want to sell and getting more tenants in. Dreadful company. Previous tenant charge �20 for dust in a cupboard. If u want to lose your deposit then Westcliff is for you. Stay away

1 Mar 2016The worst agents ever!!!! don't know where to start with these.. I agree with what ollie said and I'm currently fighting them over the same issue in Strata house.. Disgusting service on all levels especially at management level. They have entered my flat without permission numerous times to which they even deny... also the so called director/owner nick davis who isn't on the records at companies house due too probable convictions... has a reputation of been a sexual predator. can also confirm them evicting people to replace them a week later with new tenants, with fresh deposits and more admin fees for west cliff to poach. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS!!!

4 May 2016Westcliff Estates agency is a total scam, they will squeeze any possible extra money out of you and will come up with any possible idea of extra fees. They do not look after their tenants nor the building where their tenants live, the entrance of the building and the lobby is in such a mess, smell of smoke in the corridor ect., clearly the agency does not carry out the duties but expect so much and more from you! They are very expensive for what you get and so unprofessional. Please stay away. There are plenty of better agencies with better properties in Bournemouth area.

Everything about this company is terrible. I couldn't say a single positive thing about them if I tried. Had to make a court claim to get money back that had been charged illegally. This company should not exist. They do not get anything done. They can close their office in the middle of the office working hours if someone of the employees decides to go to grocery store.
