When trying to get the deposit back from a house we had moved out of 2 months ago, we were ignored, spoken down to and been very rude to. What should be a very easy process, turned very stressful by agents claiming their emails were down (whilst emailing different members of the group). They didn't even question the extortionate amount (£800) we were being charged for the cleaning of the house, and didn't even manage to produce receipts of those costs. They promised to send these receipts but, still, I haven't recieved them. Agents were unprofessional and tried to take advantage of the fact we were students. I hope to never have to deal with them again.

If you have a complaint that you have been unable to resolve satisfactorily with your local Carter Jonas office please write to us giving as much detail as possible. RG18 9QT We will always endeavour to deal with any complaint as quickly as possible however you should be aware that we have up to eight weeks to consider the matter.
