Repeatedly failed to return calls. We arranged a second viewing planning to make an offer but were told person accompanying us could not discuss money. No follow up call. We rang, no call back- took 3 weeks to make an offer. Given information by agent which turned out, after exchange, to be false, we challenged agent who said we shouldn't believe anything not in writing. Agent effectively delayed purchase by weeks. Office staff also patronising .

16 Aug 2019Well what can I say very disappointing . They did really don’t put any effort in to selling your house. The guy said he would send email to me how the house was doing. Waited two weeks nothing . They never asked me if I would like to see any property they had on the market to see I would like it. Where the get up and go

Blandford. Promises made never kept. Would never recommend completely unprofessional with aggressive and bully boy tactics. Poor contact, issues with listing both timescales and accuracy. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
