My oh my.....where to BEGIN! I have had such a horrific and unpleasant experience with this company it all seems unreal. Went to view the said property with Charlotte Oxford and after sending £900.03 to QMH for some kind of deposit/fee (I am clearly retarded !!) I received the guarantor forms which requested the guarantor to complete their long bank card as well as ccv code......at that point alarm bells started ringing and called them and advised them that no one would agree to this as it was way too much information. Charlotte then said to me Well you stand to loose £900 then or you have to pay 6 months rent up front, so you better beg someone to be your guarantor. I was horrified and immediately informed my bank again. After begging and pleading with the director Marcus Becker not to take my money he instead of acknowledging the rudeness of his staff, ended up trying to bully me and say I could f*** off and would not be getting a service or my money back......I immediately called the police again and called my bank. These people are nasty and will be dealt with one way or another. We as a society should oust thieves out of our communities. Thank the Lord I have the ability to stick up for myself as there are people out there who of course are more vulnerable or maybe unable to speak good English and have come here with whatever money they have just to have it taken.......don't think so!!! try harder next time....Becker told me to take it to court, which thankfully never happened but you ALL will have a higher judge to answer to before you all go straight to h***!
They should be shut down!
Which agent ever ask for such a high amount??.....errrr none!

29 Feb 2016The samething happened to me. But I show them my true colour, both Bitch Tiffany and harlot Layla have to bow down for me. They took me to court but I won. I submitted more than 100 pages to court in support of my evidence. And I always advice people to communicate with them by email beachside anything you discuss via phone can not be recorded. So the email conversation was used as my proof. I will quickly narrate what happen between me and QMH. I called them before my tenancy agreement expired, that I don't want to continue, and the Lady- Layla-I spoke to,said to me that I can move out at the end of my contract, I ask and asked again, she said the same thing, and I went ahead to secure another property from another agent, but prior to my check out I recieved a called from QMH that I will need to give them one month notice, and I let them realised that was too late because I've secured another property which I've paid already, but they refused. And Tiffany made mention that if I did not give them one month notice, my holding deposit will go for the last month. I was abused on the phone. So I decided to discuss the matter with my guarantor. My advice me to let them use part of the holding deposit for the last month rent. At least that will give me more time to pack my stuff. And I agreed to do that, I called QMH to let them knw that I will be using part of my deposit to pay the last month rent. They first agreed but after one week I recieved another called from QMH that the landlord reject the offer. I didn't do anything I just ignored them. I did the inventory and I checked out from the property a week before my money expire. But to my surprise My guarantor called me that She recieved threatening letter with court proceeding from My agent. That am owing a month rent+late fees+ Some repair in the flat+inventory= £1800. I said to my guarantor to ask QMH to take the matter to court. Eventually the matter was taken to court. I wrote to court more than 3 times with proof and evidences. I even print out what people are saying about them on "allagents.co.uk. Was attached with my document. To cut the long story short, QMH withdrew the case from court..... Shame on them...... Stay away from them.

25 Mar 2016All your prayers answered! I have never in my life experienced such appalling service. I did a bit of research on the proprietor Marcus and it appears he has a number of cases against his name. He has also set up in different names so whilst this company has shut down, be aware of the next agency you rent through...! I have now purchased my own so will not fall into this trap but sadly, the problems continue! I am struggling to receive my deposit of £1795 due to QMH removing the landlord's furniture from the property without her knowledge. , How frustrating!

I rented a studio property in South Norwood from QMH for 12 months and the entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. If QMH operated with any kind of morals or standards, I could be persuaded to forgive. However, they\'re cowboys and couldn\'t give a stuff about their customers - yet they\'re more than happy to take your money from you.
Their fees are astronomical! Out of a £1700-1800 deposit, they returned just over £800 - that\'s with no additional deductions during final check-out. Final checks/inventory alone costs in excess of £150 and all Layla did was walk around with a clipboard for less than 5 mins. Jokers.
