Patrick recently re-let my property with minimal fuss and kept in touch with me throughout to discuss interested parties. Managed to get a new tenant with 2 weeks of being on the market, excellent service.

Disappointed is an understatement. We signed up to RR on the full management service but have been absolutely let down on a lot of occasions. Terrible service from this office. Have used previously and was outstanding. Between current time and 3 years ago the service and standards have diminished hugely. The "overall" service from Reeds Rains recently has been extremely poor recently. They arranged a contractor to complete some repairs on our behalf, which i paid for, but the contractor has not done the work. What agent could do to change your mind?
£100 a month to have to sort everything out myself AND pay for repairs TWICE?! The branch, who are the only helpful ones, agreed to reduce management fee, but I expected far more than that and will be taking this further.
