I felt the service and fees were excellent in particular the hard work carried out by Lucy and William over the last few months. I initially went sole agency with another company, and was given gentle reminders that Pattinsons would very much like to work with me on the sale of the empty property, which I took up, and should have done earlier in the process. However things gathered pace and Pattinsons personnel took viewers to the property and kept me informed regularly as to progress. The sale proceeded with Pattinsons after sorting out some planning complications , and I have been very happy with the personal, informative and professional service I have had during the whole process. I would definitely recommend the Agency to other customers.

Pattinsons estate agents and in particular âMARKâ will do anything possible to push sellers in to going to auction maximising there fees. 26 Apr 2018As a buyer im having the same issue, placed a good offer on the property and the next day it was listed for auction. Went for another viewing and the home owners werent even aware of my offer! And...

I received terrible advice from Lucy, she talked me into selling via online auction as I wanted to sell quickly. What agent could do to change your mind?
Offered advice that was in my best interests as their paying client. Been honest with potential buyers. Advertised my house correctly on website and board outside house. Been competent with their communication.
