Pattinsons estate agents and in particular âMARKâ will do anything possible to push sellers in to going to auction maximising there fees. What agent could do to change your mind?
Offered advice that was in my best interests as their paying client. Been honest with potential buyers. Advertised my house correctly on website and board outside house. Been competent with their communication.
