TK are the most unscrupulous agent in the area by some distance, I have been both landlord and tenant in the area. I wouldn't give a property or take a property from the lettings team after my experiences with them. Marie and Soraya will consistently act in breach of contract and will blame the other party (landlord or tenant) where problems/disputes arise. When you speak to the other party- they have been told you are to blame and the issue is solved in moments. TK are always the problem rather than a solution. DO NOT TOUCH THEM - tenants will want to leave and think you as landlord are ignoring requests directly and as a tenant you get ignored and always told its because the landlord doesn't want to act.
Acted reasonably, acknowledged correspondence, returned calls with any form of frequency, had a half personable manner.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
