What agent could do to change your mind?
Acted reasonably, acknowledged correspondence, returned calls with any form of frequency, had a half personable manner.

TK are the most unscrupulous agent in the area by some distance, I have been both landlord and tenant in the area. I wouldn't give a property or take a property from the lettings team after my experiences with them.

TK are the most unscrupulous agent in the area by some distance, I have been both landlord and tenant in the area. I wouldn't give a property or take a property from the lettings team after my experiences with them.
Marie and Soraya will consistently act in breach of contract and will blame the other party (landlord or tenant) where problems/disputes arise. When you speak to the other party- they have been told you are to blame and the issue is solved in moments. TK are always the problem rather than a solution.
DO NOT TOUCH THEM - tenants will want to leave and think you as landlord are ignoring requests directly and as a tenant you get ignored and always told its because the landlord doesn't want to act.
