TK are the most unscrupulous agent in the area by some distance, I have been both landlord and tenant in the area. I wouldn't give a property or take a property from the lettings team after my experiences with them. Marie and Soraya will consistently act in breach of contract and will blame the ... What agent could do to change your mind?
Acted reasonably, acknowledged correspondence, returned calls with any form of frequency, had a half personable manner.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
