I went to pick up my keys given to arrange viewings. I waited for over ten minutes as he could not find them. He told me he would find them and drop them off where I live. I got email a few minutes later saying I had not dropped them off, no-one remembers me, that I had no proof and basically calling me a liar. That as far as he was concerned that was the end of the matter unless I proved that I dropped keys off over 3.5 months ago!! That if the keys are not there then they are not there!! I had nothing to worry about as no address is with the keys therefore nothing will happen. So my home is now unsafe and insecure and this joker does not care. He also took great delight in telling me that he was one of the Directors - really, such an arrogant,condescending, lying, unprofessional, two faced jerk. Everyone out there I would advise do not go anywhere near such people and advise others of the ssame as I will certainly - as I informed him, he replied go ahead - so I am!! Incidentally, I have unfortunately now come across comments from other people NOT to usethis Agency!!!!!!!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?

Absolute scum of the earth. This agency will take your money then do absolutely nothing to help you. Refuse to carry out repairs, blame you for issues that stem from poor building, try to bully you into giving up your tenancy early without any rent return and try to steal your deposit. Would not recommend Carters to my worst enemy, the service was shocking from start to finish. We lived in a mouldy home which they was made aware of when we moved in. Bought our house through this agent in 2008. We had viewed quite a few properties but not really found anything that was quite right for us within our budget and the chap we dealt with at Carters was intuitive enough to guide us toward a property we probably never would have viewed under our own...
