Absolute scum of the earth. This agency will take your money then do absolutely nothing to help you. Refuse to carry out repairs, blame you for issues that stem from poor building, try to bully you into giving up your tenancy early without any rent return and try to steal your deposit. My experience with Carters was undescribable. Amazing support thought out my process. I couldn't ask a better support from the team buy carters team. Would not recommend Carters to my worst enemy, the service was shocking from start to finish. We lived in a mouldy home which they was made aware of when we moved in. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
