Absolute scum of the earth. This agency will take your money then do absolutely nothing to help you. Refuse to carry out repairs, blame you for issues that stem from poor building, try to bully you into giving up your tenancy early without any rent return and try to steal your deposit. Would not recommend Carters to my worst enemy, the service was shocking from start to finish. We lived in a mouldy home which they was made aware of when we moved in.
