I was really impressed with Whiteheads. They sent me a mailing saying they were looking for property in my road for a client they had. They turned up on time, were really polite and I signed up with them. What I thought was great is that they call you every week without fail with an update on their marketing efforts. They also give you feedback after each viewing whether it's good or bad news. I've dealt with several estate agents over the years and no-one else has ever been as 'on the ball' as Whiteheads.

I have to say, I would personally not use Whiteheads ever again. I can forgive mistakes and I can forgive them being busy, but rudeness I cannot. We were mislead by two members of staff constantly. We asked a few basic questions about the property and were assured that these things would be done... Read Full Review

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
