Whiteheads came to value my property along with a few other agents. They talked the talk and were believable and we decided to let them market our property. Worst mistake ever. I have to say, I would personally not use Whiteheads ever again. I can forgive mistakes and I can forgive them being busy, but rudeness I cannot. We were mislead by two members of staff constantly. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
