Whiteheads came to value my property along with a few other agents. They talked the talk and were believable and we decided to let them market our property. Worst mistake ever. The contract length was long (20 weeks) which should have rung alarm bells. They overvalued our property and their marketing strategy was non existent. 15 weeks in and only 7 or 8 poor quality viewings later and following the rudeness and unprofessional behaviour of some staff at whiteheads we decided to kick them into touch and go with another agent. We requested immediate removal of our property from all online marketing sites to which they obliged, and termination of the contract On instructing our new agent to market at a more realistic price, as soon as our property went online with the new agent, whiteheads resumed online marketing of our property at the lower price which had never been agreed with them. They now will not take our calls and will not take our property off market with them. Got a couple of friends to call and pose as buyers interested in our property. It is now clear they are deliberately doing their best to destroy our chances of selling our property. Whiteheads are unprofessional and infantile and do not deserve to be in business. Seriously there are so many other agents so don't take the risk that you will get the same treatment. Go elsewhere where you wont have petulant, unprofessional children playing at running a business.
