I was really impressed with Whiteheads. They sent me a mailing saying they were looking for property in my road for a client they had. I have to say, I would personally not use Whiteheads ever again. I can forgive mistakes and I can forgive them being busy, but rudeness I cannot. We were mislead by two members of staff constantly. We asked a few basic questions about the property and were assured that these things would be done... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
