We tried selling our property through this agent. We had to phone for feedback, no apology when they were late to meet a prospective buyer. We also put an offer forward for a property at their Salisbury Branch and had no acknowledgement from them for 2 weeks. In the end I had to phone up and ask. The property sold for far less than we offered so we assume that our offer was never put forward. Cant trust them at all.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Provide feedback after each viewing. Acknowledge receipt of offers without having to be chased up. Keep people informed of what is going on.
