We tried selling our property through this agent. We had to phone for feedback, no apology when they were late to meet a prospective buyer. Provide feedback after each viewing. Acknowledge receipt of offers without having to be chased up. Keep people informed of what is going on.

We used this agent to attempt to buy a house and I can only say, be wary. We offered on a house but they delayed submitting our offer, kept showing the house then encouraged another offer after ours. More honesty, transparency and actually helping.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
