Avoid at all cost! They just carr about their commission! You will be left without support , if sth broke , you will have to repair it yourself! If you are tenant , they won’t let you know if they sell the house and will steal your deposit! Then will wash their hands with the landlord… Very dissapointed, racist company we will see you in court!

The service with this branch is simply awful. They don't care or want to help. We reported numerous times for the two years living in our property that the heating didn't work and they simply emailed us saying there's nothing wrong. We had to use candles through the winters just to stay somewhat warm which is beyond a joke considering how ridiculously high our rent was. To top it all off, we moved out of our property a month before our tenancy ended because we wanted actual heating, and when we went back a few times to collect odd bits the heating had been turned on each time from viewings. We Turned it off every time but were faced with a £125 utility bill (bare in mind we average at £45 per month) and they denyed turning it on. To summarise the staff are horrible and couldn't care less about their tenants and reporting issues is a complete waste of time. Look elsewhere

I wanted to give you zero stars. Never have I ever dealt with such horrible, unhelpful and rude people. In particular Anna. From the start we had problems getting in contact with the agent and getting into the property. They didn't communicate with us at all and made no effort to chase anything up. When we called to complain they were equally useless. When we eventually got into the house after their incompentce cost us weeks. Then they send us down there without a set of front door keys! Again rung them up and they said we had them. Clearly didn't. Managed to get in another door after standing in the rain for ages. A couple of weeks after that I went in to get the front door keys. I got rudely told I already had them and would have to pay for a set to be cut and given to them. I refused and lost my temper and complained about the whole service. Their response was to laugh in my face. So I then sent an email of complaint to the manager. I received a letter in which he says basically Anna denys all knowledge of anything. Since I was in the house and didn't want to loose it I left it. Now my partner and I have split up and I asked if my sister could move in. They waited 2 weeks to tell us they think we can't afford it, without even asking us to prove we can. Also after being told we have guarantors. They've now told us we have to leave in 2 month and can't have our deposit back for a new place until we have left. Never use this letting agent you will vet stung!! Worst customer service I have ever come across.

I entrusted my property in the care of W&W Salisbury Lettings (fully managed) and I made in big mistake in doing so. The lettings negotiator (Agent AK) who was assigned my property was beyond incompetent. The overall manager of the lettings team (Agent RP) never responded to my email complaints about Agent AK who was supposedly managing my property. Since changing my lettings company, I have come to find that I paid for works that were never completed. Agent AK was dis-organized, it took her over a year to arrange works that I requested and sent me information about someone else's property in an inspection report. I felt that even though I paid W&W to manage my property and act as my agents on my behalf, they ALWAYS favoured the tenants and let them get away with being in violation of the tenancy agreement on multiple occasions (having partners, kids and pets living at the property when it was not allowed). Also, I had to repeatedly email to ask for my rent statements to be sent to me. Do yourself a favour and chose another company to manage your property for rent. There are many options out there and non could be as bad as W&W.
