In a nutshell this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They do not return calls or emails. They lie to make extra money from you. All the staff are rude and never get back to you. Whenever there is a problem, the staff passes the blame on everyone else, other than themselves, and to make things worse, the staff simply have a bad attitude, and argue back with you than neutralise the situation, especially Vivek. Very poor customer service, AVOID THIS LETTING AGENT in Hackney at ALL costs.
