Management Company. I wrote to Living City in May 2021 to point out that they have my property at 20% larger than it really is. And given the size is critical to the level of service charge this is pretty important. After several reminders they still haven't replied. And it is nearly six months. The mill here is grubby and badly looked after. Starting to feel that they are just here to rinse leaseholders. Avoid this company if you can. I have edited this as I got a very quick reply from Living City - not about my issue, but about this review! Apologies for typing 2020 instead of 2021 and again for saying six months rather than nearly six months. I've corrected this now. I'm new to this complaining malarky so it seems I should have been more specific about problems rather than general terms like 'grubby'. I'll take pictures and try and download them to the review. They will be within 20 yards of my front door. In case I can't, they will be of different colour paint on adjacent common exterior doors. Piles of pigeon excretion on window ledges in the lightwell. graffiti that is over six months old on the side of the building. Exterior lights that are filthy and haven't worked for the last five years, windows that are filthy and haven't been washed for over a year despite paying for window cleaning. I'll try and get photos. I'm a very tolerant person so was alright about the very poor state of the mill, but with the recent hike in charges - nearly doubling, and getting the stone wall treatment, it is time to take some action. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
