This agency is very greedy. For a start their up front costs are higher than anyone else in Swansea. We have been renting nearly two years now, our current house is exactly the same pcm as the one we were going for with Peter Alan however they demanded a guarantor and �90. This is because my base salary is low and 60% of my income is overtime. We did offer to provide payslips etc as proof. They also refused a 12 month contract and would only offer a 6 month contract that we'd have to pay �100 to renew. We basically told them to get lost. They almost immediatly got back to us and said we could now provide payslips and might not need a guarantor. We still walked away. I will not do business with such blatant gold diggers. Avoid them, they're after your money not your well being.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
