Complete waste of time and money. Over three months and no progress whatsoever. They only replied to every third email and only answered the phone 50% of the time. Seller was also a time waster but estate agent should have checked he was a serious seller before advertising his... Read Full Review

This agency is very greedy. For a start their up front costs are higher than anyone else in Swansea. What agent could do to change your mind?
Noticably higher than anyone else's but for no discernable reason. I don't understand why a basic check and photocopying ID costs £360 for two people.
