I Moved out of a property on the 21 of July, with an official end of tenancy on the 7th of August 2018. I asked Merryweathers if, seeing as I had returned the keys and therefore had no way of entering the property again to change its condition, they would conduct the final inspection on the move ... This is the worst letting agency ever I've ever had the displeasure of having any contact with. If you have a problem they have no interest in helping you or solving the issues. Friendly curteous staff, responding to issues in a timely manner and an understanding that the tenant isn\'t some low life rubbish - i think it\'s sad that i care more about my landlords house that the agent does

Used them to market my house......that's a laugh. We seemed to have to push them all the way, the communication was terrible, we had an open weekend to try and stimulate a sale which it did but unfortunatley it has fallen through. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
