What a fantastic team at the Dinnington branch. Our property had been on the market with a different estate agent for months and we were increasingly disappointed with their performance as the 'sellers' of our property. The home that we fell in love with and wanted to buy was on the market with Merryweathers so we switched estate agents to be with them. What an incredible difference it made in all aspects of the buying and selling process. The level of communication was 100% and we found them both very friendly whilst maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Julie has been the shining jewel throughout the process and is obviously dedicated to her work. We must also mention Bev who was a supporting member of this incredible team. At their head is Emma who has a wealth of knowledge and experience and armed with these attributes....could probably sell snow to the Eskimos. If you're selling your home these are the estate agents you need...we can't recommend them highly enough.
Comments on Agent Fees
I think their fees justify the work that they put in to sell your property and they weren't particularly high in comparison to some.
