I would not chose this letting agency again even if it was the last agency on earth. 1. They made a complete hash of dealing to a drainage problem affecting a neighbouring property over many years even denying any prior knowledge of it. Eddisons were difficult from the start- they initially offered us an apartment before telling us it had already been let to someone else. I have rented in London for many years, Eddisons of 26 East Parade Leeds LS1 5BW are the least caring, incompetent and rude team of people that have ever come across. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could improve their telephone manner, they could treat their tenants like human beings and show some empathy. If they were to put themselves in the shoes of their customers, they would not accept the service that they give out, or the standards that they allow the housing for the tenants to live in. Their actions prove that they are only in it for the money.

I would not recommend letting from Eddisons they have the worse team of workers in the office. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
