They charge for everything. Bear in mind that if you rent with them they will charge you in the future a lot for references. Also, in your checkout they will charge you for a handy man to change the bulbs (quite a lot of money!)

Beware when renewing contracts, D&G will alter contracts and do not make it clear exactly what the have removed. In our case it was a get out clause. They also insist on new contracts each term and force you to sign it, then make you pay for the privilege. This is not required by law as the ... Read Full Review
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
