All staff here are lazy, they all want something for nothing, don't sort problems in the property until you threaten a formal complaint, then still send the most expensive contractor closest to them! my landlord is paying for a fully managed let, and for what?!? We tried 4 times to arrange a viewing with Cavendish rentals and each time the promised call back never materialised. Using this agency while I was away, They had cowboys in to re-wire the electrics causing them to trip everytime the cooker was used.
