What agent could do to change your mind?
All I wanted was to explain out Contract AGAIN. As the staff used to get up from your seat & find time to visit property to carry out some tasks, not depend entirely on ONE contractor they send to resolve issues raised by tenant ! Report after getting proper facts & costs to rectify & recommend action to take. Just to seat & play the game of passing the parcel from tenant & contractor is unacceptable!

Agent did not personally deal with the issues raised on inventories, as required when one tenant moves out & other tenant moves in ! This is contrary to what I was explained first time & even after repeated request to carry this out, as the new tenant raised many issues with it, almost a month after moving in, it was difficult to get Anyone from Ellus & Co to visit, until I had to go personally to express my views strongly to another representative, who promised to see it done & accompany to do it!!!! Sorry it's taken too much of my time & time of the tenant to get the message across to Ellis & Co to get out of their visit & physically carry out the task, as required by the Contract. Even as I write this today, NO ONE from Ellis & Co has contacted me to fix meeting to resolve this matter.

Sorry issue of Inventory for tenant going IN is NOT resolved even after one month and one week, when according to the Management Contract, the inventory must be signed within ONE WEEK of the new tenant getting in ! I had eventually got meeting with Ray Gohil & expressed my understanding of my Agreement with Ellis & Co, with the advantage of dealing with various staff since early 2009 and never had treatment I am getting from you.
