No comment really except to say that it was competitive and probably not unreasoable. In strong market conditions (such as we were selling in), I still find it unbelievable that some agents will not negotiate on fees. This may be their model, but surely sometimes it quite obviously doesn't make sense.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
