Dexters are good in certain aspects and horrible in other. Good at arranging viewings, Renewals of lease and very agressive in marketing the properties. A negative aspect is that once you hand over the holding deposit their attitude changes completely....

I found Dexters Lettings in Shepherds Bush to be completely helpful and very friendly. They were on time for appointments and I had the same estate agent called Jackie all the way through. I would definately recommmend Dexters to anyone....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
