The most terrible agency in London - we made the appointment to view the apartment at 11am but when we arrived there on time we didn't see them. We called them and we were told they hadn't got the key to the apartment (they let clients wait rather than notify the clients in advance) - but I took only half-a-day leave from work as I had thought we could have viewed the apartment at 11am! Then we waited for them until almost 1pm to see the apartment! What was most disgusting from them is after we ...

I enterted into a dispute with the esate agents regarding all the excess and unwanted belongings in the property and after some back and forths, we were able to come to a satisfactory conclusion. They have recently been taken over by Thamesview who I have found to be helpful and sympathetic to customer grievances and are working hard to improve the reputation of Square Mile Property Management and I think they are working well towards achieving th ...
