Because we live in Cyprus we have had to use this company as the other EA's in Denbigh do not have a Letting Agency branch in the town and we thought (ha ha) that because Williams did they would be great. What agent could do to change your mind?
Fired all their staff and started again and ensured that there was access to the owner of company. I have been totally unable to find out who it is or contact him/her.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
