“I recently had Darren from Williams Estates visit to value my property. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Rather than focusing on the strengths of his own company or providing valuable insights about my property, the majority of the appointment was spent making disparaging remarks about a previous estate agent who had just left. It felt unprofessional and unnecessarily negative. I was hoping a constructive and informative valuation, but instead, it became an awkward and unproductive conversation. First impressions matter, and sadly, this was not a good one.” He seems like he is a very insecure little man and should speak to somebody about this before he loses Williams Estates even more sales.
